On tap at the brewery's Georgetown Kitchen.
Appearance. Hazy, straw colored body with a good white head that leaves plentiful lacing on the glass.
Mild aroma and flavor, with low bitterness for the style.
Medium body and carbonation.

Beer pours as an orange golden haze. Scents of hops are accompanied by honey and fruit. Upon tasting the beer initially tastes of hops and grapefruit. Delusions of Grandeur has a very honeyed taste, it is sweet but not accompanied by citrus flavors like many other IPA's. The after taste reminds me of mead and green apples. At times the flavor can seem a little syrupy but nonetheless still a very good tasting beer. Going down the beer is really smooth and easy to drink.
