Working with local maltster, South Fork Malting, to blaze trails to new layers of rich caramel and dark fruit for our Anniversary Ale this year. Falling somewhere between an Imperial Stout and Quad style wise, but tastes incredibly smooth and unique. Aged for 12 months in old Barton bourbon barrels, our Anniversary Ale has rested long enough and is ready to be witnessed.

Draft pour at the Anniversary: looks like a stout. Nose leans more like a quad, with some dark fruit notes and minimal roast notes. Flavor is also quad-like, but lacking any sweetness. Finish is slightly dry.
