Country Boy layers the tried and true style with Mosaic hops, pouring first with a bright golden-straw appearance and teeming with bubbles. A floral and fruity aroma follows with a backbone of fresh bread and communion wafer. A mild mannered sweetness bounces from the tongue, bringing in a citrusy, tropical and herbal character before a sharper balance of spruce, tea leaf and lime peel.
