On tap at the brewery

Poured into a pint glass with a frothy 1/2 finger of head. This is just as hazy as the rest of the special dry hop ones before it. The nose of this one is by far the sweetest due to the Amarillo, this variation has more subtilties than the previos c hop ones. I love how Amarillo makes the malt shine through without being cloying. The taste is very similar to the regular Fulcan except for that sweet hints of Amarillo. The mouthfeel isn't as abrasive as the other 2 variants, I contribute this to the softness of the hop. It's not heavy or light it's a very balanced feel. Overall this is another stellar offering that's well worth the price. Drink local drink country boy.
