Bretted version of their Cougar Bait enjoyed during Country Boy's First Anniversary Weekend.
A good but average blonde ale is brought to a higher level with the brett. A nice tangy funk is comes across but is mellow enough that the average beer drinker could enjoy it. A very enjoyable and drinkable (at 5.3%) beer that I could see making those unfamiliar with the brett yeast interested in it.
