Around a medium body with about the same for carbonation .
Aroma is yeasty bread, malt, earthy hops.
Taste was really pleasant, not overpowering or overwhelming but still flavorful and pleasant. Had a nice balance between the malt and hops, didnt rely on extremes of either to create taste

Interesting beer. I liked it. Here goes:
A: Copper colored with a small white head. Leaves good lacing. Looks like a normal Irish red ale.
S: Very bready - like it was fermented with English baker's yeast. Also quite fruity. Good.
T: Very interesting. Can definitely taste the fruitiness and breadiness reminiscent of most Irish red ales. However, there's a very sweet caramel kick at the back of the palate - it's very noticeable. Good.
F: Bready and well-carbonated. Good.
O: Good beer.

From the bottle, it pours a reddish brown with a nice head, eventually diminishing to a ring and islands. Some caramel and bread scents. The mouth gets caramel malt and very slight hops.

Tuckahoe Brewing Co. "Dennis Creek Pale Ale"
12 fl. oz. brown glass bottle without any packaging or freshness dating
$1.83 @ (Wegmans) Cherry Hill Wine, Liquor & Beer, Cherry Hill, NJ
Notes via stream of consciousness: Decent appearance with a dark, ruby-accented copper body beneath a frothy then creamy head of off-white. There are short mountains of lace left along the side of the glass where the initial head once stood. Clean, toasty, subtly mineralish and woody aroma. Am I picking up leafy hops? The flavor brings in some fruit and a tea-like note, as well as several grades of caramel, what I'd call golden and red, although there's a touch of burnt sugar in the finish. It remains toasty, and leafy - there's almost an edge of roastiness to it. The fruit is like dark fruit, but also like apple. It lies just beneath the malt and the two work really well together; and then the tea-like and leafy hops in the finish really tie it all together - very nicely done! There's some limited bitterness to it that comes out in the finish but it's not overdone by any stretch, in fact it seems perfect, allowing a minor bit of sweetness to the malt upfront. Very nicely balanced across the board! Beautiful maltiness, and lovely fruitiness. Really on target for the style, and fresh and "raw". Medium bodied with a delicate, fine-bubbled median carbonation that livens the tongue and then softens to become smoother. Unfortunately the lacing beyond the initial head is a bit limited. Still, an excellent pint.

Pours red with a thin white head. Smell is citrus/pineapple. Taste is sweet caramel with some back end bitterness. Feel is full, with a mouth coating effect. Overall, it's good but pehaps not best in class. But certainly worthy of a try.

12 oz. bottle. Deep amber. Minimal white head. Smells of bready and fruity malt. Strong caramel, too. Tastes very bready, with much less of the fruitiness. Gets sweeter and more caramel-y in the back end. Medium body. Just a slight estery spike in the very back end. Nothing to write home about. Run of the mill beer.
