I had this on draught at the brewery. It pours a dark mahogany - nearly black - with a khaki-colored head and lacing. It has a fragrant aroma of chocolate, molasses, and caramel. The taste blew me away: rich chocolate, coffee, caramel, dark fruit, and bourbon. They blended perfectly to produce a delicious Imperial Stout. You can taste the bourbon but it isn't overpowering. It's a substantive stout with an ABV of 10% but not overwhelmingly boozy. It has a nice creamy mouthfeel, although it isn't as viscous as some of the famous examples of the style. Overall, it is very, very good. Imperial Stout is my favorite style and I'm super-impressed. I just wish Tuckahoe would bottle this!
