Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip. DDH variant of their Quatrain IPA purchased from the brewery.
L: Hazed golden pour with thick fluffy white head. Great lacing.
S: Sweet and juicy. Citrus and tropicals.
T.F: Sweet fruit up front... light grains and grapefruit. Peach and mango... lacking a bit in bitterness for balance. Lighter tropicals. Sticky on the tongue and medium bodied.
O: Great flavor... a little on the sweet side, but loads of fruit/juice. A fun IPA and enjoyable.
