Local beer. Local ingredients. Our La Morena nut brown features hand-roasted pecans grown locally by the Green Valley Pecan Company, a family-owned farm just an hour south of the brewery. Arizona pecans are some of the best in the world, and we’re very lucky to have such a wonderful source in our own backyard. The pecans are perfectly balanced with subtle caramel and fig notes from the malted barley and centennial hops. It pairs very well with richly flavored foods like chicken mole or carne asada.
