Pours a hazy effervescent peach color
Smells of yogurt, brine and tart fruit
Tastes lacticand blackberry tart with coriander layered in the background, and some saltiness present
Feel: semi-puckering tangy twang, squeaky at first then mellowing near the finish.
Overall, could drink many of these in the heat of summer. A draft special that is a dram for any desert rat.
Gose Is The New Black was a collaboration brew between Ermanos Craft Beer and Wine Bar and Borderlands Brewery. Brewed as a one off in June 2015. Made with sea salt, coriander and 120 pounds of blackberries.
