A very drinkable somewhat hazy IPA. It was quite popular with the crowd at the brewery and for good reason. I can't say I was impressed with the rest of their beer selection (1/4/2024) for my particular taste, but they were serving a good variety of their beers. They tend to have a bias toward flavored beers such as German chocolate cake porter and variations of Toole Ave IPA with different fruits. Hey, whatever works for them!

Not a bad brew, aroma is immediately full of citrus with a little bit of tart characteristic of a hazy, not a great color on pour but a great smooth feel makes up for it. A bit too tart for my liking, other than that a solid IPA.

Sweet tropical, citrus hoppy nose on this one! Taste follows with well-balanced citrus bitterness on the swallow...lingers a bit...good depth and feel. Good!

12/30/18...pours cloudy copper with foamy white layer. Fruity citrus nose, floral. Malty, sharp pine bitter. Heavy citrus. Orange peel mixed in for good measure. Very nice.

A very tasty IPA. I like unfiltered (Hazy) beers and this on just fits my pallet nicely.

A: Nice and hazy, but not as thick and "milk-shake-y" as some NE IPAs, which is nice. Bright orange in color and while there was never any large head, a light ring of foam lined the outside of the glass. Not much for lacing.
S: A lot of grapefruit on the nose...actually this smell like straight grapefruit juice.
T: Despite the huge grapefruit on the nose, the palate has a little more complexity. Along with a background of very slightly bitter grapefruit is a nice, candied orange flavor. A mild, but very nice hop taste balances out some of the candy-like sweetness.
M: Medium to big bodied and very juicy. The finish is velvety and smooth.
O: One of the better beers I've had in the State of Arizona. Just a solid, straight forward, juicy, New England IPA.

Had the double dry hopped edition fresh from the brewery in Tucson. Delicious fruit forward IPA. Recommended!
