Tucked away in an industrial warehouse building, with some interesting murals, off a dead-end street on the west side of town. Taproom only open on Saturday, but sells canned beer to go and merch. Two coolers of single cans... nice variety and very well priced. The one I had tonight, Double Trub'l, was very nice. Friendly service.

this guys are building quite the reputation for themselves here, and it was awesome to check out the brewery. a little tricky to find tucked back off a side street without a very obvious entrance, took me a minute to figure it out. you walk into a long dim hallway, sort of industrial feeling, some big tanks visible, and you come to a little check in station where they grab your id and sell beer to go, it was busy on a friday afternoon, but they moved me in pretty quick. simple taproom space with picnic tables strewn about, right adjacent to the tanks, a cluttery looking cobbled together bar area, homey i guess, but it is not really representative of their beer, which seems higher end to me. they had a nice selection on and i had time for three, the plum berliner being my favorite, but they are also doing a decent lager and a better than average low calorie brut ipa, i dont reckon they make a bad beer in here. the bathroom situation was a little weird, you have to go outside and then into another building, its a long walk and kind of odd, but it looks like they have a lot of space to grow, a little campus here, and with a little attention they could make the whole place awesome. it feels very blue collar and working right now, so i am thankful you can even come in and have a beer at all, but a more polished taproom would match their beer a little better i think, they are really doing a nice job with the liquid here. fun and low key vibe, delicious beers, fine service. you come here for the beer. the score here wont reflect how worth it a visit is...
