What’s a Copper IPA? Exactly.
Hoppy Copper isn’t just another copper ale; it pulls parts from all over the brewery landscape to make something nobody’s seen before. Our submission to the Daisy Chain Experiment is a very hop forward IPA with a bit more malt than is usually expected, leaving you with a very rich and robust flavor experience.
Not abrasive or overbearing, the hops are tamed by the malt for a strong taste of what each hop brings without distractions. It’s a meeting of the minds on your palate.

On tap at Boondoggles Pub in Clear Lake. I was told this was a hopped up version of 1836. It’s not something I’d order again.
