A light and sharp Wit on tap at the brewery. Brewed with coriander, orange peel, and ginger. Barley malt, with unmalted wheat and rolled oats.
Pale golden in the pint glass with a modest head. Sparkly carbonation on the tongue. A little of the club soda taste. Light orange flavor with a little spice in the nose. Faint sweetness but very thin body. Rather tart with a hint of lemony sourness. Some coriander in the aftertaste. Not bad, but a more austere and acidic style of Wit.
