Strong bite at first, some malty flavors, bitter hop finish. Less flavorful and aromatic than I would like.

This is a 53 IBU IPA which I had on tap as part of my HalloweenIPA brewery search. (Which is to say, I managed to find this brewery finally—as it’s kinda tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac!)
This brew pours a clear golden color with light foam. There’s a light hop aroma more piney than citrusy. The flavor is resiny & bitter with what I’d describe as a thin body for the hop profile. Very sticky, not so malty, definitely west coastin’ here. I’d have another.

We've got a lot of hops here, but they're just here for the sake of being here it seems. So it all comes out as a piney citric glob of flavor. How about that? We've got our hop bombs and also our hop globs.
Overall, sure this beer is drinkable, but it's one dimensional, uninspiring, and nowhere near memorable. I've certainly had better.
