House Bourbon barrel aged Blonde
A - A bright golden color with clarity and steady microscopic size bubbles. Served in a stemmed straight glass. Very elegant and rich in vibrancy. No lacing.
S - Gentle vanilla and a reminder of a waking up to a freshly rain scent in the morning.
T - Plesantly light oaked with Belgian yeast taste. Hops and malt are balanced and light.
M - Subtle carbination without indication of alchol or off esters.
O - A rich expression of a special brew for SF Beer Week. ABV and IBU information are not known. Believed to been aged for several months?
