On-tap at I&I
The pour is a hazy gold orange color with an off-white head. Definitely a pomegranate character to the beer. Quite a bit of sugar along with some esters: mild banana and apple, for the most part. Just a very sweet smell. The banana and pomegranate flavors come through very aggressively at the outset, but the more I drink, the more the apple comes out. Almost cloyingly sweet with all the sugar flavor. Very little in the way of bread. Maybe a mild tartness on the finish.

1315th Review on BA
Draft to Pint
@I&I
App- A mix of yellow and orange and mixed with some milk makes it look like a melted popsicle. A small one finger head with a semi-good cling.
Smell- The pomegranate is very upfront with a backing wheat base. The pepper is very tame with some spice from the tripel style.
Taste- A nice beer. I enjoyed it but wasn't blown away. Has almost a 50/50 blend of wheat to fruit with a small pepper note as in the nose. The taste is much more prominent in the pomegranate flavor. A bit sweet.
Mouth- A little bit of a medium body with a medium level of bubbles. Has a floral and milky finish.
Drink- A nice beer. I would probably have this again.
