1387th Review on BA
Draft to Plastic Cup
@I&I
App- A little bit lighter than rust with a off yellow center and a little bit of amber around the edges. This has been off CO2 for a while the brewer said and its more carbonated and had a creamy 3 finger head then most DIPA's i've seen. Super sticky lace.
Smell- Its a bit small on the aromatics. A little hopppy, a little earthy and spicy. Nothing too major or offensive.
Taste- This was nice and tasty. The ABV was very hidden behind a creamy wall of Rye and Hops. The layers worked well with eachother and didnt over power. A bit of rye spice on the back and just a tad of malt to round it out.
Mouth- A bit in between a light and medium body with a fairly creamy texture. Medium-full carbonation with a good residual hop note.
Drink- Nice beer. A bit creamy with nice rounded flavors and easy to kick back at the bar with. Creamy texture really added a nice flavor to it.
