On-tap at I&I
The pour is a golden yellow color with a thick white head. Not the strongest nose, given the ingredients. A touch of ginger and lime, maybe a bit of allspice in there, too. A light herbal quality, The flavor is a touch bland, but enjoyable. Light malt/bread sweetness with good citrus character and a hint of ginger. Some grassy and herbal flavors to it.

Draft to Pint

App- Pretty much a yellow color with a little bit of highlights and dark spots as well. A nice one finger head with a quick lasting head and a touch of cling.
Smell- A lot of the lime comes through with a bit more of the citrus on a large pull. The added lemongrass adds a nice bit of earthy herbal just a bit small on the aromatics.
Taste- A nice summer beer. Imagine Indra Kinindra as a base without the heat. Crisp, refreshing and pleasing. The lime really adds to this one.
Mouth- A bit of a lighter body with a good amount of bubbles to it. Residual lemongrass and citrus.
Drink- A tasty beer for a hot day. A pleasnt suprise.
