On-tap at I&I
A sort of mahogany color with a tan head. Heavy on the banana aromas, followed by spices such as clove and cinnamon. There is a lot of bread and toffee and some of the anticipated dark fruit notes. Pretty well done so far. The flavor is driven by the malt: heavy on the toffee and bread. A nice sweetness of dark fruit and banana with a bit of spice and yeast on the finish.
