On-tap at I&I
The beer is dark red, perhaps mahogany, in color with a tan head. As is the case with many of their beers, there is a noticeable amount of butter. There’s a bit of caramel and butterscotch and a nice bit of toasted bread. Not much in the way of hops. As with the aroma, mostly malt characteristics to be found. Plenty of bread and toffee with just a light floral hop notes. Almost no bitterness, but certainly some butter.
