Nice bright pale straw color with slight lemon nose. As it should be, the salt is apparent but balances well with the lemony tartness. Bit of sweetness showing through.

On tap at I & I Brewing in Chino, CA.
Pours a murky light yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, lemon, and funk aromas. Taste is much the same with slight sour and funk flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is drinkable and refreshing.
