I was really excited to try this brew. I was expecting something similar to knee deeps simtra. It was way too sweet for my taste, but It was definitely worth trying. I had it with a sandwich from claros (spicy Italian) which worked really well with the beer. Wouldn't be my first choice, but would buy again if I were a few pints in.

On tap at I & I Brewing in Chino, CA.
Pours a hazy honey orange with a foamy orange-white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, honey, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and alcohol aromas. Taste is much the same with sweet honey and citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is very sweet but tasty.
