Our house stout has been a favorite since we started brewing. It features rolled oats for a smooth finish, and Magnum & Willamette hops to balance this sturdy ale.

Had on tap at brewery on NE 57th ave.
A: darkest caramely brown but not fully black, opaque. Ragged thin head of large irregular bubbles
S: earthy, rich tootsie roll/ burnt candy smell
T: big alcohol, burnt malt taste up front with just a bit of acidity that moves into a nice sweet and toasted malt finish
M: thin and stout like with a bit of richness due to the high ABV
O: a very nice stout that has a strong presence without being overwhelming or unbalanced.
