On tap at brewery;
Light haze on a pale gold body. Creamy ring with a decent surface coverage late in the pour. Lacing is pretty strong.
A light citrus smell balances with the wheat in the nose. Taste brings the Sorachi lemongrass forward and might explain the citrus nose.
It’s a bit on the under attenuated sweet side, but that didn't seem to mask the malt and hop profiles too much. It did probably help the feel a tad, pretty smooth.
The Sorachi Ace isn’t lost, the wheat is noticeable, though it could be a tad more dry. I’ll take this 2-for-3 again.

T- Tart taste, medium hops and wheaty. Subtle flavor.
M- Medium bodied, wet and well carbonated.
O- Middling pale ale.
