New brew from the Kulshan Krew! A medium amber color with about 1/4 inch of tan head in the shaker pint glass it was served in. A slightly sweet malt presence is in the background, but tons of hops are the dominant factor here. Some citrus, mostly grapefruit, a bit of floral and a bit of spice, probably from the yeast, were the highlights on the tongue.
The body was medium, perhaps a slight bit fuller than medium, and finished nicely dry. Drinkability was very nice, my first pint was gone quickly, and I'm starting my second. Overall, not really a beer that's significantly different than the majority of IPAs out there, but a really nice beer. A nice change of pace from the flagship Bastard Kat. Definitely worth trying if you see it.
