Appearance: It pours a clear golden with a very slight haze. The head is about one finger high.

Aroma: Lemon zest, faint green apple. Nice bready and biscuity notes.

Taste: Crispy up front. Bready and biscuity. Lemon zest, twinges of banana in the back with green apple notes.

Overall: This one is nice and straight forward. Not really any frills. Simply a very well made Helles and we need more. Cheers.

Served in Nonic. Poured a bright, clean, clear very light gold color with1/3 inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.

The aroma was light grains, gentle, floral hops, and a touch of yeast.

Nearly identical on the tongue, with the hops shining a bit more.

The body was crisp and smooth, with a semi-sweet finish.

Drinkability was nice, quick and easy. Overall, a pleasant enough brew. Worth a shot if you see it.

This is a very tasty pale lager. Quite fragrant in the nose. It's a flowery, even fruity aroma reminiscent of a Saison. So light yet perky on the tongue. Hops are a little shy at first, but emerge to provide just the right bitterish edge. Quite a winning combination of crisp yet malty.

Poured into the Brasserie Dupont chalice. Light golden color, just a thin mustache of foam. No sediment. From the 32 oz growler purchased at the brewery tap today. Six bucks. Another fine brew from Kulshan, and a welcome entry in the lighter styles.
