Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Maredsous goblet. Aroma is dried peach with hints of papaya and mint. Tangy and rather alcohol tasting but very fruity. Sudsy mouthfeel with a malty body. Crisp and clean.
Flavor like hot apricot, a splash of eau de vie. I hope these winter DIPAs will be a regular feature at Kulshan. This one is a little more austere but so fruity and well made. From the pack of 12 oz cans purchased at the brewery tasting room.

12oz can poured into shaker pint. Poured a lightly hazy medium gold color with 1/2 inch of white head that had low-moderate retention and light lacing.
The aroma is very hop forward, mostly citrus, with a touch of malt in the background.
Very similar on the tongue, with a slightly bitter bite on the finish.
The body was the typical medium of the style.
Drinkability was as expected for the style. Overall, a solid example of the style. Worth trying if you see it.
