L: Very tall, well retained white head forms, dense and thick. SRM about 12, a straw to caramel color. Almost as clear as a Pils, low carbonation visible though.
S: Subdued bread, with caramel following. A touch of sweetness but mainly malt. Already smells thick.
T: Yup, bread in a glass. Not so sweet as a Doppel, but slightly with zero hop. Caramel notes throughout, but hearty bread is the main player. Hints of honey?
F: Full and heavy but not mouth-coating. Full-bodied and thick. Rather smooth, non-existent bitterness.

Rich and malty, with a resiny hop finish. The classic Maibock. Not as alcoholic as some but tastes strong. Very drinkable, but the abundance of flavor makes it one to sip. Clean and mouthfilling.
Handsome clear amber brew with an ample pile of foam. A little tangy to balance the malty sweetness. Aroma is bready and flowery with a whiff of some European-style hops. Rather fruity with some bitterness in the aftertaste. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Kulshan tasting room.
