Served in Willi Becher pint. Poured a lightly cloudy pale yellow color with 1/2 inch of white head that low retention and lacing.
The aroma had a lightly funky fruit aspect, I couldn't quite tell what fruits, but it seemed to be mostly from hops, not actual fruit. The flavor was pretty similar to the aroma, sweet, a bit fruity, but did have some bitterness on the finish.
The body was medium, smooth, and had a dry finish. Drinkability was fine, I finished mine with no issues, but wasn't craving another. I would have it again though. Overall, a pleasant enough brew, one worth trying if you see it, but not one of the better examples of this new style that I've had.
