This is another in the Cascade Peaks Series, or make that Cashmere Peaks since that's the single hop in this one. Pours a clear golden yellow with a modest white foam in the snifter. Fairly light body but some sweet malt. A bit of peach in the aroma.
Unripe apricot and some melon is the flavor. This is really clean and crisp, but it does get acidic. Hops are flavorful but restrained. Some woody taste and a bitter aftertaste. Quite drinkable From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station.
