Pours a clear amber in the snifter, with modest foam. Some tingle in the carbonation and rather acidic. Quite light bodied. Hops are Centennial, Chinook, and Mosaic. Pleasant aroma of lime peel and honeydew melon.
Lime peel is the flavor. Very light malt with just a hint of sweetness and cereal. It's a clean and standard un-mucked-up IPA. Quite a bitter aftertaste and more of the sharp edge. The green fruit nose is the nice and persistent feature as you sip.
This is the other half of the collaboration with Aslan Brewing, this one brewed by Kulshan. The two versions should be tasted blind side by side, but I dind't realize when I bought them. From the 12 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
