Served in Willi Becher pint. Poured a clean, clear pale yellow color with 1/3 inch of white head that had Moderate retention and lacing.
The aroma was low grain and frooty hops.
The flavor profile was the same, all frooty hops and no bitterness.
The body was on the thin side of medium, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was good, especially if one is a fan of the modern hops.
Overall, a solid beer, not really my jam, but, YMMV.

Clear golden amber color with abundant foam. Very attractive bubbles and swirls in the Hopleaf goblet. Light, sudsy, and sensuous mouthfeel. This is the way a Brut is supposed to feel on the tongue.
Aromatic with white wine, and a hint of cherry brandy, clean and fruity. Tangy but not acidic, with a nice malty touch of sweetness to start. The lingering taste is melon and grapes with a dry finish.
The hop cocktail is Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic, and El Dorado. One of the best Bruts I've tasted, and a pleasure to drink. One of my favorite brews for 2019. From the 500 ml bottle, one of the Cascade Peaks series.
