Shucks on the Beach is a collaboration with our good friends at Taylor Shellfish Farms. German Pilsner and Vienna malts provide a rich, bready malt profile, while the coriander and pink peppercorns add subtle fruity and spicy accents, and the sea salt adds just the slightest hint of refreshing salinity.

It's funny that this should taste like canned peaches to me, but I'm not complaining. But that gives you an idea of the sweetness, which is usually expected in this kind of Bock. I'd even have to say it tastes like the hazy IPA I just had without the harsh bitter hops. This does have some hoppy bitterness, and probably more than it needs as it seems to increase with each sip. Overall this is quite drinkable but would not be out of place in the 19.2 oz line-up at the gas station store. Not dated.
