Medium-hazy brew with plenty of sticky foam in the Maredsous goblet. Pleasant aroma of peach with mulch in the nose. Flavor is on the dank and resiny side. Quite spritzy and sharp on the tongue.
Actually a bit sweet and quite fruity, followed by moderate acidity with a woody, dark aftertaste. Quite bitter, more bitter than typical hazy IPAs. Quite intense and veers toward the harsh, in spite of the pleasant fruity aromatics. From the 12 oz can purchased at Community Coop in Mt. Vernon. No date.
