Served in 16oz Willi Becher. Poured a clean, clear light gold color with a half-inch of white head that had good retention and light lacing.
The aroma had a nice grain base, with a bit of hop bite Similar on the tongue, with the hops being brighter, and with just a touch of bitterness.
The body was fairly typical; smooth and crisp, with a dry finish. The beer was very drinkable, a nice, easy quaff. Overall, a good brew. Not at the Chuckanut of Pfriem level, but certainly worth trying if you see it.
