Made in collaboration with Icicle Brewing, it's a West Coast Pilsner that brings together the clean malt base of a German Pils with the bold hop character of a West Coast IPA. Hops: Ella, Eclipse, and Citra

Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Mild aroma of grass and Concord grape. Clean and tangy with flavors outside the usual fruit orbit. The Ella hop is related to Galaxy and is a bit spicy with just a hint of plum. This is rather austere and leaves a mineral and stemmy taste in the mouth. However it goes down extremely nicely. From the 12 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. [Hops are Ella, Eclipse, and Citra]
