Served On-Tap
A — Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color into the glass. Stark white head is somewhat thin, and leaves behind some patchy lacing.
S — Smells yeasty and astringent, somewhat phenolic as well, light hint of pepper and banana.
T — Tastes of Belgian yeasts and a touch of alcohol, little bit of pepper and banana, and its strangely hoppy as well.
M — Medium bodied, if not heavy, long and sweet finish as well.
O — OK overall, just kinda muted and dull while being sweet and heavy.

The brewery calls this a "Belgian Blonde", but there's no listing for that style here on BA, thus I listed it as a BSPA.
Served in tulip. Poured a lightly hazy bright yellow color with 1/2 inch of bright white head that had very good retention and great, long lasting lacing.
The aroma was nicely grainy with a slightly spicy yeast scent, and a bit of hop brightness in the background. On the tongue, the grains were smooth at the front, and a solid hop kick took over the middle and back. The yeast added a bit of spice across the whole palate. The only downside was a solid alcohol burn that lingered for a long time on the finish.
The body was nicely smooth, but perhaps a bit fuller than I would have liked, for a Blonde. Drinkability fell into the "Dangerously easy" category. The first 12oz went away so quickly, I had to have a second just to finish my review. Overall, a really good beer that I liked a lot. A must try if you see it.
