Got a bottle at Tacoma Boys. Not entirely sure if this is a year round selection as this brewery is still very new.
Golden amber in color, opague, with snowy white head. Head has excellent sustainability and leaves alot of lacing down rim of glass as it's drunk. Aromatics are excellent. Lemon and pepper are prevalent. Overall a spicy citrusy smell.
Flavor is similar to aroma. Lemon, citrus at first quickly followed by hop bitterness. Hops are not listed on beer label but it does say it uses Belgian yeast. Body is very smooth and lightly carbonated. Looks and feels like a hopped up weizen. Aftertaste is dry and pretty bitter. (72 IBU's).
I like this alot. Good offering and I'm lucky to have this brewery so close by.
