A: Poured a deep orangish rusty crimson color with a small dierty white cap which fades leaving a simple ring of bubbles clingign to the edge of the glass
S: Toasted malt with a little spice and Earthiness, whiffs of caramel and some bread plus pine needles
T: initial toasted grains with caramel which leads into a bittering hops, pine needles, flowers, spice and Earthiness. The bittering hops are really front row on this but not overpowering. The finish has a pronounced hop bite, dry and dry and bitter...it keeps going
M: Medium bodied, well carbonated, lots of flavor and bittering hops provide a stampede of bitterness
O: A pretty well crafted IRA I would drink again.
