This is a neat little brewery taproom situated on Buckeye Lake's main drag. Ample indoor seating, plus a dog-friendly patio in front. The brewery's offerings encompass a variety of styles. Tap pours are available in various sizes, including crowlers and growlers, and at reasonable prices. Servers are friendly and efficient. No food service at the brewery, but the taproom shares the building with a little restaurant that offers sandwiches, fish & chips, tacos, and other pub fare. Also no guest taps, but a variety of wines, cocktails, and spirits are available if you're not in the mood for beer. Overall, a pleasant enough spot for a pint or two.

This is the kinda place that the locals really seem to love. That's a good thing. I wasn't really blown away by anything, but this is a nice enough place for a beer in a nice town. I don't love how they seem to add something to the beer, to make it more agreeable, like cinnamon sugar, but that's more of a me issue than a them issue.

We love visiting The Buckeye Lake Brewery! We actually sell their beer at our place. The staff is very knowledgeable about every product they sell. It's a cozy environment where you feel welcome on every visit. It's truly a social hub that has completely changed a neighborhood by becoming a destination....if you are in the area check it out for yourself!

Nice little place with several of their beers on tap and in growler fill form and crowlers. There is a nice little patio out front and there was a food truck outside. You can also order food from local vendors to be delivered there.

Solid beers. Great local hangout especially in the summer with the patio. They only serve their own, but you can pick from a few wines and quality bourbons too. Usually a food truck around. If not you can always order a pie from the Pizza Cottage down the street and have it delivered right to the bar. Servive is always outstanding

My wife and I stopped here to try their beers, and we were also hoping to catch a food truck so that we could have a meal too. (No food truck was there that day, but our server pointed us to a winery on the other side of the lake, and we really enjoyed our meal over there.) The brewery is located along a main street close to the lake in this resort town, and the resort-ish atmosphere kind of spills into this pub too. It would probably be moreso if we had sat on the patio at the front of the building. It was a good vibe.
We ordered a sampler flight of all 8 beers that were on tap, and found each to be brewed very well to style. We gave most of them a B- grade, and that's what our overall score was for the flight. The most notable beer was the Shovelhead double IPA. The brewery also offers several of their 22-oz. bottled beers for consumption there or to-go, and a couple of these bottled beers were no longer on tap, thus extra beer choices. The beverage menu also lists 4 bourbons and 8-10 wines from close-by wineries.
Food trucks are posted on a schedule on the wall (the board had one each on an upcoming Thursday and a Sunday), but unfortunately we were there on the wrong day. The pub does offer a sausage & cheese plate, hot pretzels, and free popcorn. This was a cool place to relax with a beer and enjoy the atmosphere, and we'd go back here if we are ever in the area again.
