"Zhigulovskoye" is a type of soviet and post-soviet beers that have been brewed under GOST 3475-78 (classic recipe) since 1934. There is a roe on a blue field on the label.
Pours clear golden beer with white two-finger head, leaving some laces. Aroma of skunky malts and rough hop tones. Taste is sweet , lacking hops. Carbonation is low. Palate is weakly bitter. All in all it's comparatively good example of brand Zhigulyovskoye , but more than average representative among other beers.
