Yields an unfiltered golden to amber color with a medium sized, stable head atop.
Offers aromas of wet straw, limey, flowery hops and subtle, grainy malts.
Its mouthfeel is effervescent and refreshing with a pleasant softness to it, adding to the lighter body of the beer.
Tastes of white bread dough, a promising noble dryness, as well as an aqueous softness which emphasizes fresh crushed barley husks. Turns a little sweeter during mid palate with a gentle, rustic malt backbone together with an uprising effervescence which slowly comes in effect, together with balancing, bitter turning hops. Finishes with an reestablished late softness, slightly caramel forward malts and a lasting flowery, dry crispness.
This is such a treat. Both mouthfeel and balance in this are great, with its flavor composition being subtle, well nuanced and slowly, yet constantly evolving on the palate. The hops in this are incredibly well integrated into the beer, accentuating the rustic malt backbone without going overboard and therefore create an incredibly easy and rewarding drinking experience.
