16 ounce can, pretty sure Brutaltruth gave me this can. Either that or I bought it the last time I was at Toxic late last year, but I'm sure I was given this can. No dating on the can that I noticed. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a somewhat clear golden/amber color with not quite an inch off-white head that stuck around a while. Good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like coriander, candi sugar, clove and some bready malt. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some banana, pear, and apple flavors noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall brew, have to say I liked it more on tap than compared to the canned version. But worth trying any way you can get this one, and it's always worth visiting Toxic if you're in the area!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This nice little ale pours a chill hazed amber with
a decent head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and
shows some light lacing. Nose of candy sugars, light banana, faint Belgian spice
of coriander and clove, and light breaded malts with hints of apple. Flavors
expand on the nose with with candy sugars, apple, peach, pear, light breaded
malts with a hint of biscuit, banana, and subtle clove and coriander. Nice mouth
feel; medium body, light carbonation, and a faintly dry finish.
Overall, solid and would of been higher with the rating with a touch more
soft carbonation known in the style. Other than that it is solid!
Cheers

I tried this beer at the brewery as part of a four sample fight whilst in Dayton for my Bestie's 50th Birthday celebration. It poured a clear copper with white head that left some lace. The scent had sweet Belgian malt and sugar notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with Belgian malt and sugar presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

On tap at the brewery taproom in Dayton.
Pours with a clear golden body topped by a very good white head.
Poor aroma suggests contamination and definitely suggests vinegar. The flavor follows with the high ABV too obvious and off-notes dominating. The flavor does reflect some of the expected Belgian yeast notes, including some banana.
Overall: This batch may be toxic ... avoid!
