On tap at the brewery taproom in Dayton.
Pours clear amber with a slight haze and a very good white head.
Plenty of pepper in the aroma. The pepper is less dominant in the flavor and comes with mild+ heat. Nice bready base.
Overall: a very good pepper ale.

I am not much of a pale ale fan, but I was feeling crazy and wanted to try something I wouldn't normally get. All I could taste was the pepper, so I didn't finish my taster in my flight. I wasn't impressed with the 10 different samples I had here, so I am not likely to go back unless my husband wants to go.

This was the pablano and Serrano version of this beer.
So this beer was yellowish orange and had a nice light hop smell.
This beer seemed to have much different of a consistency than the vanilla version of it. It's a good light medium consistency.
So taste is where this beer excelled. The great green pepper flavors came through without heat. This beer is like a side dish too a barbecue and a beverage in one.
