This came with a big, slightly off-white head with great retention throughout. The nose was absolutely floral with hops. The color was a bright yellow with amazing clarity, hence my use of the term “bright”, which is not meant to be thrown around lightly. There was a great hoppy flavor in the mouth, but their warning, “Not for the faint of heart!” set me up to catch a 100-m.ph. fastball, but it wasn’t THAT hoppy, dang it! 8=( They identified the primary strain as Anthem hops, so I’ll cheat up and mention them. The finish was beautifully dry and a brilliant accompaniment to a lunch of fish tacos. There was fantastic lacing throughout. Perhaps I’ll have another … Highly drinkable.
