I love white chocolate. This should be interesting. Pours a one finger off-white head over a cloudy straw-copper liquid. Smells white chocolate with a sour tinge.
Tastes wet sweet with noticable white chocolate. Some esters and a bit of nutty chocolate character. Drying finish with the chocolate turning a bit unpleasant. Bit sour cherry-like. Md-light body and modest carbonation. Not a pleasant drink.
