Consumed in a litre stein on tap from the Bavarian Bier Cafe in Parramatta as their beer of the month during April 2011.
A - Clear, almost pale amber colour. Good couple of fingers of lingering head from the tap.
S - Slight wheat aroma with some sweeter fruity/rosee type scents.
T - Mild wheat taste initially. Various fruity flavours but only slight. Some citric overtones as well, primarily orange and sweet lime.
M - Quite bitter at first. Nice lively mouth feel, spicy on the tongue.
O - Decent mildly wheaty-orange beer. Enjoyable enough to drink (especially when it's dirt cheap) but somewhat lacking that killer punch of a Spaten Munchen.
