11/26/16 The Still
Interesting beer. Pours kind of flat with watery brown look. Not the most plesant looking beer.
The smell is a smack of bourbon with some burnt chocolate tones. Pretty interesting.
Just like the smell this beer brings the bourbon. Almost like they poured a shot into the beer rather than age it. Still pretty good though. It does have a nice oaky flavor too.
The feel is a tough call. It does seem like it's a beer with a shot in it but it is rather smooth.
Overall, I like this beer. It's a bit of a kick to the face but all and all a decent bourbon porter
