Cloudy dark amber with white film.
Caramel, flowers and candied orange on the nose.
Toffee and peach cobbler with gentle tangerine hops.
Apricot compote finish and bitter fruit stone linger. Medium-light, some chew, round.
8/29 expiration date, which means this is 6 weeks out at drinking, so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt for its lack of hops. Given the overall standard of Catalan craft I’ve tasted so far, that’s probably generous. Overall, still balanced and nice.

330ml bottle, tulip glass.Enjoyed on nov´11.Pale yellow in color.Chill haze.Large bubbled, close crown.White froth, fairly well retention. Yeast, slightly malty & subtle honey to the nose.Smooth sweety upfront, banana notes.Subtle bitter underneath overflown by sugar malts & hints of fruit. Medium body, high carbonation not bothering eventhough.Mildy buttery finish. Correct spot of the Intn´al Pale Ale style. Refreshing in a hot day, pleasant drinkability as a session beer. Could be better balanced in flavors & aromas.
